Mr Tammineedi focuses on investments across a broad spectrum of the energy subsectors including energy efficiency, solar, advanced materials and smart grid technologies. He previously gained operating experience at Broadcom, where he held product development and management roles related to Analog/RF semiconductors for Ethernet, Cell phone and Power management markets. He holds eight patents and was involved with two next-generation IEEE Standard committees.

Mr Tammineedi's prior investment experience includes his work at Applied Ventures with a focus on Cleantech, and at Clearstone Venture Partners with a focus on IT opportunities. He holds a B.E. from PSG Tech (India), M.S. from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. At Anderson, he served as the President of the Entrepreneur Association, was a Venture Fellow and recipient of the Gloria Appel Award for his leadership contributions to the entrepreneurship program.
