David has spent the majority of his professional career in the automotive industry, guiding corporate policy for John Deere, Saab-Scania AB and Honda in North America on climate change policy and fuel economy, motor fuel quality, alternative fuels and vehicles.  He has developed in his 28 year career a thorough understanding of the nuances of government-industry policy, as it relates to corporate decisions, environmental performance management, and sustainability in the mobile sector.  

He has a BSME from the University of Oklahoma and completed UCLA’s Anderson School Executive MBA program in 2006.   His technical and business background has proven beneficial in working with federal and state policy makers as well as bringing clarity of the complex maize of policies targeting the mobile sector to foreign national engineers and product planners.
