Laura is one of the leading experts on advanced water technology and its potential for the commercial and institutional markets. With over 20 years of experience launching game-changing technology into emerging markets, Laura was one of the first to focus upon the business opportunities for integrated product offering for water management. With over a decade of business experience outside of the US, Laura works with a diverse group of leading water technologies from stormwater filtration to microbial fuel cells to speed their market introduction. She also works with a limited number of large corporations, such as Wal-Mart and Novozymes on their water management strategies. As a member of Environmental Entrepreneurs (www.e2.org), Laura co-authored their water policy paper that has informed California state policy. She is an active member of the NSF Onsite Water Think Tank, the Alliance for Water Efficiency and the Water Reuse Association. She has organized industry forums at WEFTEC, and presented at research conferences at Ben Gurion University in Israel, The University of California at Los Angeles and The University of California at Berkeley. Laura has written widely on investment opportunities in advanced water technology, and organizes events at Going Green, the VC Taskforce and Astia. Laura works closely with the Denmark Innovation Centre, the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Water Netherlands Partnership.
