David Saltman is the Chairman and CEO of Open Energy Corporation, manufacturers of building integrated photovoltaic tiles, membranes and architectural glass.  Mr. Saltman has spent the last several decades pioneering environmental businesses, including the first natural fiber composites company in North America.  He participated in development of Federal procurement guidelines for green products, and is a nationally recognized speaker on sustainable development.
