William E. Burchill is
Vice-President/President-Elect of the
American Nuclear Society. He is also
Adjunct
Professor and Retired Head of the Nuclear Engineering Department at
Texas
A&M University. Prior to his 4 years at Texas A&M, he spent 5
years
with Commonwealth Edison/Exelon as a Director of Risk Management
responsible
for 17 nuclear power plants; 3 years with Pennsylvania Power &
Light; and 25
years with Combustion Engineering where he managed C-E response to the
TMI
accident, and served in his most recent position as Director,
Operations and
Field Engineering Services. |
